On hot summer days, much is said about thirst. Less about those people who ensure that beverages arrive where they are needed. Because between an order and a well-stocked sales area, there are thousands of kilometers, customs papers, transports, warehouses, empty goods, delivery dates, and countless decisions. If everything runs smoothly, no one talks about it. If something goes wrong, everyone suddenly notices. That's why we're not looking for a clerk in the classical sense. We're looking for a personality who controls international commodity flows with oversight, precision, and common sense. Our client is a modern, internationally active company in the beverage industry with an open corporate culture, short decision-making paths, and plenty of room for initiative. We are temporarily looking for a Sales Clerk for Procurement and Logistics Administration 80-100% (temporary) in Lucerne from August 3rd to the end of December 2026. Your tasks • You ensure that orders become punctual deliveries. To do this, you coordinate national and international transports, keep import and export processes under control, and ensure that customs formalities, warehouse movements, and empty goods returns function reliably. • Furthermore, you support the internal sales department, take over deputizing duties in ordering, and help where an international trading company relies on reliable organization. What you bring • You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training or practical experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. • International transports, customs clearance, and import/export processes are not unfamiliar to you. You communicate safely in German and English; French skills are welcome. ERP systems are part of your daily work; SAP S/4HANA would be an additional advantage. • Above all, you work in a structured way, think along, keep an overview even at high speed, and take responsibility when others are still discussing. What you can expect You work in a young, dynamic environment that lives internationality and keeps hierarchies small. Decisions are made pragmatically, initiative is valued, and good ideas find open ears.  You can expect an exciting temporary deployment until the end of the year with a workload of 80 to 100 percent (preferably 100 percent).
