Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Provide support to the Army Command in managing long-term development and monitoring the military situation • Develop strategic and decision-making bases for the further development of the Defense Group, particularly in the area of corporate development and strategic transformation • Analyze data and results collected from strategy controlling and risk management and derive relevant recommendations for action • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary working groups together with experts and stakeholders at the office level • Provide support and advice to office directors and department heads in developing, coordinating and implementing partial and specialized strategies <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent education • Pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities as well as the ability to think in an interdisciplinary and strategic way • Experience in strategic work throughout the entire strategy cycle, from analysis and planning to orientation, implementation and controlling • Ability to effectively handle complex stakeholder landscapes with partially divergent interests • Knowledge of the Confederation's internal processes and structures or training as a staff officer or general staff officer is an advantage • Good active knowledge of at least one other official language (B2) and English knowledge at least at level B2 <br /> In summary The Strategy and Governance Defense team sets the long-term direction for the Defense Group to strengthen Switzerland's defense capabilities. We develop strategic decision-making bases for the Army Command and support it in managing the development of the entire Defense Group.
