For one of our clients located in Versoix, we are looking for an experienced Head Concierge to ensure the daily management of a real estate site and to supervise a team of 2 employees.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and control the work of the 2 employees Plan daily activities and distribute tasks Guarantee the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the buildings, common areas and exteriors Supervise and carry out routine maintenance and minor repair work Identify technical problems and coordinate the interventions of external service providers Ensure the follow-up of the proper functioning of the installations Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection rules Ensure controls pertaining to the function in connection with the AEAI certification Be the primary interlocutor for occupants, suppliers and external interveners Ensure regular reporting to the manager or the agency

Profile

Proven experience as a Head Concierge, Responsible Concierge or Operations Agent First successful experience in team management AEAI certification / training required Very good technical knowledge related to building maintenance Ability to organize and prioritize interventions Autonomous, responsible, versatile and solution-oriented person Excellent sense of service and good interpersonal skills Fluent French Driving license appreciated
