Elis Pest Control (Suisse) SA is a local company created in 2004 offering a wide range of services in pest prevention and control. These services are carried out in order to provide the best expertise to our clients.

Preventive or curative treatment, our leitmotiv is to intervene quickly with professionalism in order to satisfy all our clients.

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Customer Service Assistant

Your mission:

• Advising clients (existing or prospect) and loyalty building
• Support to the external sales service
• Organization and planning of technician interventions at client sites
• Follow-up of customer complaints and searching for solutions
• Follow-up of invoicing and preparation of reminders regarding unpaid invoices in coordination with the finance department

Your profile:

• Commercial employee training or equivalent training
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Autonomy in the execution of work with a very good team spirit
• Excellent customer orientation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills regarding issues encountered by clients
• Very good quality of work and sense of initiative
• Very good knowledge of French min. C1; Very good knowledge of German min. B2
• Effective communication with the different internal services (sales, technical, HR, finance)
• Good mastery of common IT tools and ease in learning new software
