Initialization and elaboration of orders regarding organizational and technical feasibility, economic efficiency, risks and success factors. Assessment of technical feasibility. Implementation support with technical competence. Planning with concept creation, documentation and implementation. Budget and cost control over the entire course, including monitoring of deviations.
