On behalf of the construction industry, it develops working tools for planning, execution, and management together with partners and specialists from practice. For this renowned organization, we are looking for a personality as part of a succession arrangement as Chairperson of the Executive Board In this role, you bear overall responsibility for the operational management of the organization. You shape company policy taking into account the strategic specifications of the Board, plan the multi-year and annual goals, and steer their achievement. Together with your seven-member management team, you lead an organization with around 75 employees. Your core tasks include monitoring product development, promoting innovation, and ensuring modern data exchange in the construction process. You maintain and expand the network to professional associations, technology providers, and educational institutions. In addition, you are responsible for the budget, optimize internal processes, and ensure a stable earnings situation to enable future investments. To be able to act successfully in this key position, you are an integrative and innovation-loving doer personality with a technical background from the construction industry and a high IT affinity. You bring sound leadership experience and know how to promote a culture of personal responsibility. Further training in business administration is desirable. As a bridge builder, you communicate clearly and convincingly with a wide variety of stakeholders. You think entrepreneurially, act in a market-oriented manner, and drive changes forward with enthusiasm. Business fluent German skills are mandatory, other national languages (French/Italian) are of great advantage.
