The Swiss healthcare system is undergoing a major transformation, as is the internal service of the Limmattal hospital. We are evolving our organization and are looking for a committed leadership personality who views changes as an opportunity, makes decisions, and actively shapes the future of the risk zones and evening cleaning. With your experience, your ideas, and your understanding of leadership, you will make an important contribution to the development of our department.

This is where you commit yourself

• Technical, personnel, and organizational management of the risk zones and evening cleaning with approximately 25 employees (including two day managers)
• Responsibility for personnel planning (planning of assignments, leave, and absences as well as case management)
• Carrying out inspection and quality tours to ensure cleaning quality and compliance with hygiene standards
• Continuous development of the sector, processes, and employees
• Availability for interventions on Saturdays (approximately 4 times per year)

You

• Have completed training as a HF Facility Management operations manager or an equivalent qualification
• Have several years of professional and management experience in the field of cleaning or Facility Management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Have experience in leading change processes
• Possess excellent communication skills and a confident presence at different hierarchical levels
• Demonstrate a sense of organization as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Show great social competence and experience in a multicultural work environment
• Have analytical and systemic thinking as well as the ability to act both strategically and operationally
• Are proficient in common computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
