Cleanroom Production Operator

For our client in the Lenzburg region, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to enter the world of cleanrooms. We are looking for a: Cleanroom Production Operator 100% Activities: • Processing of production batches according to the valid work instructions and under high cleanroom conditions. • Maintenance and increase of productivity with minimal effort and costs. • Contribution to a safe and friendly working environment by following regulations for safety, discipline, and order, as well as appropriate personal responsibility. • Performance of daily checks on the machines according to instructions and regulations. • Additional tasks according to instructions from the shift supervisor. Recording of production data. • Verification of measured values for statistical process control (SPC) Qualifications Your profile • Experience in a production environment • Experience in a cleanroom is an advantage • Several years of experience in a production environment is an advantage, • German language skills in speaking and writing at least level A2, English language skills are an advantage (not a requirement), • Experience in participating in problem solving, experience with L6S (or similar) is an advantage., ability to work in a team and willingness to work under cleanroom conditions • Working hours: Work is carried out in 4 shifts.
