Analysis and comparison of offers. Monitoring of companies, site meetings, management of unforeseen events. Management of new projects and renovation. Sought profile A few years of confirmed experience in General Enterprise or Works Management in Switzerland (imperative). Complete mastery of the construction cycle on medium-scale projects. Familiar with prices, techniques, standards and financial management. Autonomous, proactive person familiar with a human-sized structure (30 people).
