Job Description

• Assist the foreman in the organization, coordination, and monitoring of outdoor service activities.
• Participate in the maintenance of roads, sidewalks, paths, green spaces, playgrounds, sports facilities, and other infrastructure.
• Supervise and support teams in the field and ensure the replacement of the foreman in his absence.
• Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal works, notably snow removal and winter maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions, the good condition of equipment and machines, as well as the monitoring of interventions and services.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Training as a foreman or team leader in the field of civil engineering, construction, or a similar sector, with confirmed experience in personnel management.
• Practical experience in roadworks, outdoor maintenance, or infrastructure maintenance, an asset.
• Category B driving license indispensable; category C1 license, an advantage.
• Good organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable with IT tools and endowed with a good team spirit as well as an excellent professional conscience.
