Cook EFZ

The Seniorenzentrum Sunnehof offers 22 people a home. The modern and comfortable new building is embedded in a green and harmonious environment in the beautiful Oberaargau. To complement our team, we are looking for a Cook EFZ 60-70% immediately or by arrangement. What you can achieve • In this versatile role, you ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen and coordinate the daily processes efficiently • Together with the team, you create first-class meals and contribute your culinary creativity • You organize and monitor the production and punctual availability of the meals • You are co-responsible for menu planning, ordering, inventory, as well as other administrative tasks • Your focus is the compliance and implementation of HACCP guidelines and you ensure the highest hygiene standards - including the hygiene concept What you bring with you • You have a completed Kochlehre EFZ or an equivalent qualification • You are creative and have high quality standards • Experience in communal catering is an advantage What we offer you • A cheerful team and a warm working atmosphere • A varied and diverse activity • Work/Life Balance friendly working hours during the day • Weekend allowances • 5 weeks vacation, from 50 years 6 weeks • Free drinks and fruit, staff discount on lunch • Fixed days off are possible
