Das Wohnheim Frohberg is a psychiatric residential home in Schaffhausen, which offers 18 residents with a chronic mental illness a supervised living and care place. Additionally, we offer a shared apartment with 5 places for mentally ill people who are temporarily no longer able to live alone.

To complement our team, we are looking for, by arrangement, a

Nursing Specialist HF or DNII

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Care and nursing of people with psychiatric clinical pictures and limitations in independent living and daily organization
• Working in the primary nursing system
• Medication management
• Medical procedures
• Promoting cooperation with relatives, doctors and other specialist centers
• Creating care planning
• Administrative daily tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training HF, DNII
• You are motivated, reliable and have experience in dealing with mentally impaired people
• A responsible and independent way of working
• Openness to change and co-design
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory at least C2)
• You are a team player and have good organizational and communication skills
• You are an empathetic and committed personality with high social competence
• Leadership experience is an advantage
