Bilingual FR/DE Junior Facility Manager (M/F)

• Technical, commercial or specialized training in Facility Management * First successful experience in the management of buildings, infrastructures or general services * Excellent organizational and priority management skills * Sense of service and ability to coordinate several stakeholders * Very good communication and interpersonal skills * Mastery of standard IT tools * Knowledge of safety and compliance standards * Essential mastery of French and German (minimum C1 level in both languages) * Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality
• Ensure the daily management and smooth functioning of buildings, installations and infrastructures + Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, security, technical maintenance, etc.) + Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work + Manage service contracts and ensure supplier monitoring + Participate in cost control and the monitoring of the Facilities budget + Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental protection standards + Ensure the management of equipment and office furniture + Handle internal requests related to infrastructures and buildings + Participate in the continuous improvement of general services jpid66817bfjm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
