Sociocultural Animator 60% CDM

Service:

Service de l'animation socioculturelle

Activities:

Participate as part of a team in the development and deployment of the sociocultural offering in Ville du Locle by conducting actions promoting living together and citizen participation in connection with youth:

• By animating free reception times for pre-adolescents and adolescents and supporting them in their desires, projects, needs and requests.
• By animating workshops for children and pre-adolescents.
• By supporting young adults in their associative endeavors.
• By conceptualizing and coordinating events.
• By developing partnerships.

Actively contribute to team reflections to adapt and enrich the offering according to the evolution of needs.
Participate in the training of students.
Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of sociocultural animation projects.
Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the administrative and logistical tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the center.

Desired profile:

HES degree in sociocultural animation or a title deemed equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of youth.
Ease with adolescents.
Dynamism, good ability to establish a convivial atmosphere.
Proactivity.
Ability to work in a team and in connection with the local environment.
Ability to design and implement animation projects and event projects.
Know how to propose activities promoting the empowerment of young people and their involvement in the life of their city.
Clean criminal record.
