For the Résidence Tertianum in Bern, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII/DN1 50-100% Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Responsibility and management of the care process of assigned residents, including the assessment of care needs RAI • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Planning and support of medical visits • Taking charge of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Conducting case meetings and care reports • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic referent in a specialized field and participating in the group network for care quality Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII/DNI or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Professional experience in long-term care desired • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (covered) • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
