Job Description ##

• Management, development and loyalty of a Corporate insurance portfolio ;
• Qualification of needs and co-constructing insurance architectures adapted to client needs ;
• Implementation of a risk management policy adapted to clients ;
• Conducting calls for tender: specifications, comparisons, defense and negotiation ;
• Implementation of programs with companies and partners ;
• Support and facilitation of complex claims management ;
• Monitoring & continuous improvement: short rituals (reviews, retros), knowledge sharing, detection of opportunities ;
• Reporting to clients and to Management ;
• Participation in daily office life.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Training in insurance ;
• AFA certification or Federal Diploma in Insurance (or equivalent) ;
• Similar professional experience in brokerage and / or company on corporate insurance portfolios in Switzerland ;
• Preferred branches: property and casualty ;
• Excellent command of the French language orally and in writing ;
• Good command of the English language orally and in writing ;
• Command of the German language as an asset ;
• Initiative-taking, organized, rigorous & solution-oriented ;
• Comfortable with digital tools and artificial intelligence ;
• Feedback culture.
