Your tasks

• Support during weekend and night shifts
• Promotion of quality of life and well-being of the residents
• Participation in cross-departmental team collaboration
• Ensuring smooth shift operations
• Further development of quality management according to ISO 9001 and RAI
• Individual and professional care of the residents
• Execution of nursing activities in the long-term care sector

Your profile

• Completed training as AGS or SRK-recognized qualification
• Practical experience in the long-term care sector
• Ideally familiar with RAI and Easy Dok
• Strong awareness of quality and costs
• Readiness for flexible working hours and shift work
• Openness towards modern nursing concepts
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Readiness for weekend and night shifts
