In order to complete its team, the GTG is looking for a Drafter (Male or Female) at 100% # Your mission and your responsibilities Your mission consists of designing and implementing set elements for the productions of the Grand Théâtre. In this capacity, you will be required to: \- Carry out the design as well as the 3D digital modeling of the set elements assigned to you. Be particularly vigilant to the constraints inherent to the conditions of use of a set, namely: dimensioning, safety conditions, workshop materials and the state of the art of construction, transport volume, assembly conditions, distribution among the various trades as well as the final assembly. \- Produce construction and assembly plans. Construction notably concerns the fields of carpentry, locksmithing, painting as well as upholstery. \- Actively participate in the definition of constructive principles and be a source of proposals regarding design and realization choices. \- Ensure the manufacturing follow-up of the designed elements and exchange regularly with the builders and colleagues. \- Occasionally be in direct relation with the Head of Workshops in order to respond to specific needs. Your profile \- Possess a CFC as a drafter/constructor or drafter/constructress or a title deemed equivalent, with excellent knowledge of technical drawing and theatre set construction. Experience in the field of carpentry will be appreciated. \- Perfectly master AutoCAD or Vectorworks software as well as 3D drawing. \- Have mastery of 3D parametric software such as SolidWorks, Onshape or Inventor (an asset). \- Demonstrate speed, precision and initiative, and possess qualities of exchange and sharing that promote team spirit.
