For our family business based in Altstätten SG, we are looking for an ImmobilienbewirtschafterIn 30 - 50 % Your tasks will essentially include: • Management of company-owned properties (rental) • Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements • Preparing property statements • Accounting • Contact with tenants, craftsmen, authorities • Contract management • Re-rental, apartment acceptance and handover Our requirements: • Several years of professional experience in property management • Further education in the real estate sector, e.g. specialist certificate in property management • Knowledge of RIMO R5 property management software • Good knowledge of MS-Office • Accounting knowledge • Driver's license available We offer a modern equipped workplace, attractive employment conditions, a lot of freedom and the opportunity for further education.
