Your tasks ### • You accompany and care for our residents holistically, individually and resource-oriented. • You take responsibility for professional, person-centered care and promote independence and quality of life for our residents. • You plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing measures independently and according to current professional standards. • You recognize changes in the state of health at an early stage, initiate appropriate measures and work closely with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals. • You document the nursing process carefully and ensure seamless information transfer. • You take on treatment nursing tasks - including safe and responsible medication management and administration. • You actively contribute to a appreciative living and living atmosphere and shape the daily life of our residents. • You work in a committed interdisciplinary team and bring your ideas to the continuous development of our nursing quality and processes.
