• Lead a team of 1020 employees in assembly.
• Plan and monitor daily assembly work.
• Ensure quality production within the specified deadlines.

Tasks that will challenge you:

• Technical and personnel management of the assembly team of approximately 1020 employees
• Planning, coordination and supervision of daily assembly work
• Ensuring production according to deadlines and of irreproachable quality
• Optimization of workflows, processes and productivity
• Allocation of employees as well as prioritization of orders
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
• Supporting the team against technical challenges and operational bottlenecks
• Promotion, motivation and development of employees

Conditions:

• Completed technical or mechanical training
• Several years of professional experience in assembly or production
• Experience in a management role or proven leadership skills
• Organizational capacity and ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Assertiveness, decision-making and solution-oriented work approach
• Technical understanding and acute awareness of quality
• Structured, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
• Team spirit as well as autonomous and responsible work
• Interest and enthusiasm for our products
