Das Sonderschulheim Mätteli: not strange, but special! Das Sonderschulheim Mätteli offers children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and extraordinary care needs two KaB places and one KIG crisis intervention place (365-day operation). Safety, support and assistance are at the center of our intensive care. Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for Social Worker / Specialist in Care or Caregiver with experience in accompanying people with disabilities ### Degree of employment: 20-40%, use of short shifts in the morning and/or evening, permanent employment You will: ### • Provide highly individualized intensive care - usually in a 1:1 setting with an appropriate security framework • KaB: Holistic, long-term care and promotion of children and adolescents with extraordinary care needs • KIG: Temporary special education intervention for children and adolescents in severe crises • Maintain cooperation with families and specialist agencies You bring: ### • Completed training, completed studies in the aforementioned professions or/and experience in the professional care of people with disabilities • Professional interest in complex care tasks • Joy in highly individualized care, searching for and implementing new, sometimes untested solutions • Willingness to take on various tasks in a large team • Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation • Willingness for short shifts (e.g. from 07:00-10:45 or 16:15 - 22:00) - if interested, also on weekend days We offer you: ### • Attractive annual working time model and a modern holiday regulation; the position is particularly suitable for those re-entering the workforce and people looking for ways to combine professional and private life or various professional activities • a workplace with a high degree of responsibility and corresponding development opportunities and creative freedom • internal continuing education • remuneration corresponding to one of your qualifications in accordance with cantonal guidelines • good accessibility by public transport Would you like to know more?
