Kanton Zug ideally 4 mornings per week

We are looking for an experienced and reliable personality in finance and accounting, to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Cooperation in general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Posting and controlling ongoing business transactions
• Account reconciliations and payment transactions
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
• Cooperation in inventory accounting and general financial administration

Your profile

• Commercial training, ideally further training in finance and accounting
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Advanced Excel and good ERP knowledge, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Good English skills
• Experience in a trading company or in inventory accounting is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and structured personality with a hands-on mentality
