Medical Recruiter / Active Sourcer Physician Placement

You know the world of medicine – we know the art of placement. As an Active Sourcer in the healthcare sector, you will support our recruiting team in the targeted search for qualified specialist physicians throughout German-speaking Switzerland as well as in the DACH region. You know the medical world, understand the requirements of various specialties, and ideally already have experience or an existing network in the physician environment. The position can be performed completely remotely and offers you a lot of freedom, development opportunities, and a very attractive income potential.

Your tasks

• Active Sourcing: You identify female and male doctors via a wide variety of platforms
• Direct Approach: You conduct professional initial interviews and arouse interest in open positions
• Appointment Management: You arrange qualified interview appointments between candidates and our personnel consultants and prepare the complete application documents

Your profile

• Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, sales, or in the direct approach of candidates
• Mandatory: Experience in dealing with female and male doctors or in the physician environment (clinic, practice, pharma, MedTech, healthcare recruiting)
• Ideally an existing network in the healthcare sector
• Confident appearance, high communication strength
• Affinity for digital recruiting tools and AI-supported processes
• Very good German skills

We rely on a performance-based compensation model with the following key points:

• In the starting phase without a fixed salary, but with above-average profit sharing per placed female doctor / placed male doctor
• Uncapped income - earnings significantly above the industry average
• Transparent, measurable target structures
• Rapid growth towards Senior Recruiter / Teamlead possible - if desired
