Area of responsibility • You lead the open geriatric psychiatric ward and develop the treatment concept together with the nursing ward management • You plan and supervise therapeutic processes - individually, evidence-based and close to everyday life • You are involved in the further education and training of assistant doctors and team colleagues • You take over geriatric psychiatric consultations at Spital Emmental and accompany the specialist medical supervision • You participate in the Integrated Psychiatric Emergency Service Profile • Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy - or you are close to completing it • Interest in the specialization title Geriatric Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychotherapy - ideal, but not necessary • We offer the possibility to complete the FMH specialization training in Geriatric Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry (each 2 years) • Experience in geriatric psychiatry is welcome and opens up additional design possibilities for you • You work in a team-oriented manner, think interdisciplinary and actively contribute to the further development of our services • You appear confident and communicate empathetically - towards patients, relatives and in the team Our offer Vacation GAV Culinary Modern Human Middle Parking Events Discounts • Vacation • GAV • Culinary \n• Modern Human Middle • Parking • Events • Discounts Information Dr. med.
