What awaits you

• Assembly and manufacturing of assemblies and products in the RF (high frequency) CAY / COM area
• Carrying out assembly work according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Ensuring the required quality standards throughout the entire manufacturing process
• Carrying out visual, functional, and quality controls
• Collaboration in complying with schedule and production specifications
• Recording and documentation of production data according to process specifications
• Responsible handling of operational resources, tools, and materials
• Support in the implementation of optimization measures in the production environment

• Completed technical, manual, or comparable basic training
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in handling small parts and optical aids is an advantage
• Technical understanding as well as a careful and precise way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
• Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude and high motivation
• Basic knowledge of SAP and MS-Office is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and in shifts
