Within a "pilot" workshop, you will primarily carry out manual polishing operations and finishing in watchmaking finishing.

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Polisher/Finisher in watchmaking finishing (M/F)

• Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking finishing or deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience in manual polishing and watchmaking finishing * Good dexterity, aesthetic sense, rigor, autonomy and attention to detail * CNC knowledge appreciated; the dual competence of manual polishing / CNC is a strong asset
• Perform manual polishing, brightening and felt preparation operations + Ensure complete finishing on conventional machines in watchmaking finishing + Prepare surfaces and perform necessary rework before finishing + Occasionally intervene on simple robotized CNC machines for certain operations + Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of components + Define polishing sequences and participate in specific tooling / fixtures + Contribute to continuous improvement and follow daily production indicators
