Independent and holistic support and management of your own real estate portfolio (focus on co-ownership and condominiums) using comprehensive digital tools
Leading and minuting the owners' meetings and committee meetings (latest start between 17.00 and 18.00)
Direct contact person for owners, caretakers, tradespeople, etc.
Requirements
Professional experience in the management of condominiums
Federal diploma as a real estate manager is an advantage
Commercial basic training
Proficient in the use of digital tools
