Job description

Kita Traumfänger lovingly cares for children between the ages of three months and six years at three different locations in the Canton of Luzern. To strengthen our cool team, we are looking for a competent, open-minded, and committed personality as an Assistant Educator 100% starting January 2027. These exciting tasks await you in our Kita Traumfänger:

Care and promotion of our two groups: babies and toddlers
Independent design of daily group life according to our conceptual values
Implementation of the operational concept and the pedagogical concept
Guiding and assessing our apprentices and interns
Planning of situation-oriented offers and projects
Correct written preparation of reports and protocols for the attention of the Kita management
Kita-wide cooperation (Luzern and Oberkirch)
Compliance with regulations, guidelines, and instructions

Completed basic training as a specialist in childcare with EFZ is mandatory
Positive basic attitude towards the profession and joy as well as patience in dealing with children, pronounced pedagogical sensitivity towards migration backgrounds and differences

High engagement, resilience, flexibility, and openness
Humor that is not lost even in hectic situations as well as teamwork skills
