Your challenge: ##

• Maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, as well as refrigeration and air conditioning installations
• Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs
• Management of the building management system and its automation stations
• Commissioning of new installations
• Support and monitoring of interventions by external technicians within our production.
• Management of the maintenance program and inventory management
• Direction of directly subordinate employees

Your profile: ##

• Completed training as a ventilation, sanitary, heating or refrigeration installer, or basic technical training (e.g. electromechanic)
• Autonomous and committed personality with leadership qualities
• Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• Availability for on-call duties and standby service
• Managing a modern maintenance program poses no problem for you.
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Category B driving license and personal vehicle mandatory
