For our client, an established fiduciary company located in Zug, we are looking for a dedicated and expert personality as a Mandate Manager Fiduciary. An varied field of activity with exciting client mandates, a lot of individual responsibility, and the opportunity to develop professionally and personally awaits you.

Your activities

• Independent management of a versatile client portfolio with mandates in the areas of bookkeeping, payroll administration, and taxation
• Responsibility for the control and quality assurance of periodic financial statements and tax documents
• Support and advice to small and medium-sized enterprises on business management and accounting issues
• Processing of topics related to value-added tax, social insurance, and other tax matters
• Accompanying clients in the optimization of administrative processes and the introduction of digital solutions
• Participation in various specialist-related tasks and projects

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with a further qualification in the fiduciary or finance sector
• Ideally, you have a higher vocational qualification in fiduciary services, auditing, or accounting, or are currently undergoing corresponding further training
• Sound practical experience in a comparable function within the fiduciary industry
• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills
• Strong interest in digital applications and modern technologies
• Confident handling of common Office applications; knowledge of fiduciary software is desirable
• You convince through your open-minded, communicative, and reliable nature
• An independent, careful, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you
• You act responsibly, are resilient, and bring initiative
