ICT Senior Security Engineer

In order to sustainably strengthen our internal cybersecurity skills, the Cliniques Suva are creating a new specialized function and are looking for an ICT Senior Security Engineer.

In this key role, you will take charge of essential operational security activities and actively contribute to the development of our internal expertise. At the interface between daily operations, strategic projects, and our specialized partners, you will have real leeway to evolve our practices, strengthen our cyber-resilience, and pursue the development of our information security management system (SMSI/ISMS).

ICT Senior Security Engineer ####

80-100 % | CDI

In this high-level responsibility function, you will assume the operational management of central and recurring security tasks while contributing to the development of internal skills and know-how within the Cliniques Suva.

Your activity is located at the interface between daily operations, strategic initiatives, and collaboration with our specialized external partners. You will benefit from real leeway to evolve our security practices, strengthen our cyber-resilience, and pursue the development of our information security management system (SMSI/ISMS).

Your responsibilities ###

• Ensure security monitoring and troubleshooting in the areas of XDR, SIEM, NAC, and NDR, including solution maintenance and technical incident resolution.
• Perform basic activities in Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) and coordinate interventions with the SOC and specialized partners.
• Develop Vulnerability Management and ensure the monitoring and implementation of security measures in collaboration with local teams.
• Continuously maintain and develop the information security management system (SMSI/ISMS).
• Ensure compliance with the ISO 27001 standard and minimum standards for ICT, notably through maturity analyses, controls, and Gap Assessments.
• Participate in the design and development of security strategy and architecture in the areas of network, cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure), and endpoints.
• Perform security configuration controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security solutions, notably Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Perform risk analyses, ensure continuous risk monitoring (Risk Tracking), and produce reporting adapted to different levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile ###

• Completed higher education in the field of computer science (ES/HES), ideally with a specialization in IT security/cybersecurity, or equivalent continuing education and/or recognized certifications in the field, such as CISSP, AZ-500, or SC-100.
• Several years of professional experience in an operational cybersecurity function.
• Solid practical knowledge in the areas of SIEM/XDR/NDR/NAC, Vulnerability Management, IAM/PAM, AD/DNS/DHCP/CS, and security architecture.
• Good knowledge of security standards and frameworks, notably ISO 27001 and minimum standards for ICT.
• Experience in collaborating with external security service providers, notably SOC or MSSP, is an asset.
• Analytical, structured, and autonomous way of working, combined with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for interaction with both technical specialists and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of German and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Availability to participate in the on-call service.

Terms ###

• Activity rate: 80 - 100 %
• Start date: 1st December 2026
• Place of work: Bellikon (AG) / occasional travel to the CRR in Sion
