Internal Sales Clerk

A dynamic, growing trading company with a wide product range is looking for reinforcement for the committed sales team in the Bern region. In this varied hub function, you will combine active customer advice with structured sales administration.

The place of work is the Burgdorf region (80-100%, preferably 100%, guideline wage at 100%: CHF 5'400-5'800 gross/month).

Main tasks:

• Efficient processing of orders and requests
• Creation of requirement-based offers
• Active customer advice (by telephone and in writing)
• Support of lead management and general sales administration
• Close cooperation and support of the field service

Qualifications

Desired profile:

• Commercial basic training or experience in internal sales/customer service
• Strong service and sales orientation
• Practical experience in order processing, quoting, and ERP/CRM systems
• Very good MS Office skills and a technical flair
• German (very good) and French (business fluent in spoken/written = at least B2 level)
• Italian and English skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and resilient personality
