Trainee for Childcare

Does it give you pleasure to take care of kindergarten and school children during their free time? Learn to accompany groups of children in extracurricular care as a play and design venue. Our offer is open to kindergarten and primary school children from Monday to Friday during school weeks. We also take care of the children at a location in Zug during school holidays. We are looking for committed young people as of August 2026 as Trainees for Childcare ## Your main tasks ### • Accompanying groups of children in designing their free time • Taking on organizational and administrative tasks • Observing, accompanying and supporting individual learning and development processes as well as social processes of the children   • Supporting the team in the daily care routine • Collaborating during opening weeks, usually from Monday to Friday, and during school holiday time from 08.00 to 18.00 in the holiday care -Ferien-Zug- You bring ### • A completed apprenticeship or Matura • Willingness to learn new things • A responsible, team-capable, creative and humorous personality who also remains calm in hectic times You can look forward to ### • A one-year or half-year traineeship with an 80%-workload • A pre- or postgraduate traineeship for FH-/HF-graduates (Social-/Childhood Pedagogy) • A varied activity where you deal with children and can increasingly independently lead groups over time
