We are looking for our future COLLABORATOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE (FR/DE)100% (M/F/D) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure the reception of visitors and customers, as well as the management of the telephone switchboard and the company's general email inbox * Manage routine activities related to the company reception and provide administrative support to the various departments * Process and ensure the follow-up of offers, tenders and customer orders * Ensure the follow-up of invoicing, credit notes, deposit slips, cash sales and any non-conformities * Respond to customer requests and ensure the management of the various customer service email inboxes YOUR PROFILE * You perfectly master French and German, both spoken and written.
