Team Leader Packaging The production site L+S is moving from Kloten to Oberbuchsiten. For this important step, we are looking for a dedicated, leadership-strong personality who actively helps shape the development of the new site. What you will do You will lead and coordinate the day-to-day business in production and ensure a smooth shift operation. You will assign employees according to needs and ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality and deadlines. You will lead your team personally and technically and actively support employees in their daily operations. You will accompany your employees in their daily work, promote their technical and personal development and recognize potential in the team. You will train employees, accompany new products technically and support with general capacity coordination. You will control, manage and optimize the production area with a focus on performance increase, reduction of waste and quality improvement. You will independently develop existing processes in your area and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor. You will ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality guidelines as well as order at the workplace. You will promote a appreciative, team-oriented cooperation and live our culture in the daily work actively. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Field of study: as *in, baker*in, confiseur*in or food technologist*in or a comparable education. Professional experience: You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment. You bring practical experience in the food sector. You have experience in personnel management and know how to lead a small team technically and personally. You ideally have several years of experience in the Lean area or in continuous improvement. You convince with openness to changes and good, team-oriented cooperation. You have good physical prerequisites for working in a production environment.
