What you can contribute

• Ensure the implementation, operation, hardening, and development of VoIP/UC platforms (CUCM, Asterisk) in a high-availability military architecture
• Handle the migration of a large legacy telephony infrastructure towards a resilient target architecture
• Manage SIP trunks, SBCs, gateways, and PSTN connections throughout their lifecycle, configure and monitor quality of service, VLANs and VPNs, TLS and SRTP protocols as well as PKI
• Secure mission-critical communication systems in classified environments, implement redundant contingency plans, and support security audits
• Drive change, incident, and problem management (ITIL) autonomously, advance the automation of operations, monitoring, and deployment (Ansible, Python)

What makes you unique

• Degree (CFC, ES or HES) in computer science as well as several years of experience in VoIP/UC operations (Cisco CUCM, Asterisk)
• Proven experience with SIP, RTP and SRTP protocols, SBCs, quality of service as well as Internet protocol networks (routing, switching, VPN)
• In-depth knowledge of Linux server administration, TLS protocol, PKI, system hardening and ITIL processes
• Experience in automation (Ansible, Python) and in the migration of legacy telephony environments, an asset
• Active knowledge of two official languages, an asset
