Your tasks • Recruitment & talent acquisition You find the suitable candidates via different recruitment channels, conduct personal interviews and identify potential. • Acquisition of new clients You actively win new clients, convince companies of our services and continuously develop your own client portfolio. • Customer service You personally take care of existing clients, identify their staffing needs and develop suitable solutions. • Consulting You accompany companies in their search for personnel and support candidates in their next career step. • Network development You maintain long-term relationships with companies, candidates and business partners and continuously develop your personal network. • Organization & administration You coordinate the entire placement process - from the publication of the job offer to the selection of candidates, up to the success of the placement and follow-up during the mission.
