Work location: Oftringen (Canton Aargau), flexible work organization with 2 days of home office

YOUR MISSION

You ensure the technical competence development of our Mazda dealer network in Switzerland and support our partners with your expertise in the areas of diagnostics, new technologies, and electromobility. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the service quality and sustainable success of our network.

YOUR TASKS

TRAINING & COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT

Planning and implementation of technical training for the Mazda dealer network. Development and optimization of training materials and training concepts. Support of further training and expansion of know-how transfer regarding new vehicle technologies and electromobility. Ensuring the transfer of knowledge to the Swiss dealer network.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & EXPERT CONSULTING

Support of the technical hotline in complex diagnostic and repair cases. Analysis of technical cases and cooperation with Mazda Motor Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in the automotive sector with corresponding further training as an automotive diagnostician.
• Several years of experience (min. 5 years) in vehicle technology, diagnostics and ideally in the training of specialists.
• Enthusiasm for mobility as well as a strong interest in the latest vehicle technologies and technical innovations.
• Strong communication, independent and solution-oriented personality.
• German in speaking and writing, confident handling of French and basic knowledge of English.
