Employee Consulting and Sales to Fire Department

The employee is mainly active in the field and advises and sells our articles to the fire departments in the cantons: BE/de, BL, BS, NW, OW, SO, VS/de. Existing customers are cared for and new ones are acquired. The products are delivered personally to the respective fire departments whenever possible. In addition to field service, the associated administrative tasks are processed. This includes, among other things, creating offers, follow-up work, order processing, and controlling orders. Additionally, there is troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment. This means that technical support can be offered at any time.
