At PATRiS, you will take care of your own customer portfolio and work directly with entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs from various industries. Your tasks Independent management of your own mandate portfolio Contact person for customers in trust, tax and business management issues Analysis of complex facts and development of practical solutions Preparation of annual financial statements according to OR Management and monitoring of financial and auxiliary accounting Preparation and control of MWST settlements Management of payroll accounting and personnel administration incl. annual declarations Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons Conducting limited audits What you bring Federal certificate of expertise in trust services, certificate of expertise in finance and accounting or federally certified trust expert Alternatively, you are nearing the completion of a corresponding further education Several years of experience in trust services Security in the preparation of annual financial statements Good knowledge in the areas of financial accounting, MWST, payroll accounting and taxes Pleasure in customer consulting and personal contact with entrepreneurs Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working Professional and sympathetic appearance Very good German language skills English language skills are an advantage Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian are an advantage, but not a must Abacus knowledge is an advantage What you can expect from us Independent management of your own customer portfolio High degree of independence and trust Direct contact with entrepreneurs Short decision-making paths Collegial team with uncomplicated cooperation Modern digital way of working with Abacus and efficient processes Support for further education and professional development 40-hour week with flexible working hours 5 weeks of vacation Market-based and performance-oriented remuneration Ready for the next step?
