L-Paul Scherrer Institute PSI is the largest research institute in natural sciences and engineering in Switzerland. The position is initially limited to 12 months. Depending on the evolution of tasks and needs, the activity rate can be adjusted after agreement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the recruitment of specialized and expert positions, from needs analysis to conducting interviews up to the signing of the contract
• Advising managers and HR partners in selection decisions as well as on matters of classification and remuneration
• Creation of a positive candidate experience through transparent, efficient and rewarding support for candidates
• Participation in projects to develop recruitment standards, interview methods and selection processes for professional and future-oriented recruitment

Your profile

• Studies in the field of human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable training
• Practical experience in recruitment in a demanding environment or in personnel consulting
• Great professionalism, strong communication and advisory skills as well as pleasure in collaborating with different interest groups in German and English
• Structured, proactive and service-oriented way of working with great autonomy
• Strong willingness to learn, personal initiative and pleasure in building and maintaining networks
