Start of employment: 1. December 2026 or by agreement (limited until 31. December 2029 - extension possible) Place of work: Bern You actively participate in the overall renewal of the cantonal hospital lists in the areas of acute somatics, psychiatry and rehabilitation. You accompany the digital application process for hospitals and clinics, contribute to the awarding of performance contracts and develop decision-making bases in close cooperation with the project team and relevant stakeholders. Your tasks <br /> • Preparation and implementation of a digital application process for hospitals and clinics • Definition, announcement, selection and allocation of performance contracts on the cantonal hospital lists • Coordination with the associations of service providers, insurers and other cantons • Accompaniment of external mandates <br /> Your profile <br /> • University degree in health, social, economic or natural sciences • Professional experience or very good knowledge in the hospital sector (e.g. clinical routine, hospital administration, quality management) • Independent, structured and results-oriented work with a focus on targeted implementation • In-depth knowledge in the medical field or in law (e.g. care planning, hospital law or health-related regulations) • Very good German language skills in word and writing, good French language skills are an advantage • First experience in project management (planning, coordination, control of projects and stakeholder communication) <br /> We offer you The canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
