The residential house Horburghof offers contemporary and development-oriented living and daily structure offers for adults with comprehensive assistance needs. 21 people with disabilities and varying support needs find a long-term home here. Support is provided in two residential groups as well as in the provided apartments, which are integrated into a residential development.

Your mission

You support people with a disability in their daily living and take on tasks in support and care. In doing so, you help shape life in the residential group as well as daily structured offers. Key person work and health promotion are an important part of your daily work. You develop development plans, implement them in everyday life, and conduct key person conversations (incl. documentation). Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives as well as third parties is also part of the exciting field of activity.

Your profile

• Completed training (FaBe, FaGe, Heilerziehungspfleger/in) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or interest in the agogic field of work
• Sense of responsibility, independent way of working and ability to work in a team
• Readiness for irregular working hours (no night or on-call services)
