In this key position, you will support the owner in the overall financial responsibility for a portfolio of around 30 real estate companies and create the strategic and operational decision-making bases for effective management of the corporate group.

Your tasks are versatile and include:

• Responsibility for controlling, reporting and liquidity planning
• Leading the budgeting processes and financial reporting through target-actual comparisons and the corresponding variance analyses
• Reviewing purchase offers for real estate and developing decision-making bases
• Close cooperation with the colleague responsible for the annual financial statements on site in Zürich
• Close cooperation with the administrators throughout Switzerland, if necessary with architects and craftsmen
• Occasional property inspections

You bring sound professional experience in finance and/or fiduciary services - ideally supplemented by an affinity for real estate. You convince through initiative, analytical thinking, accuracy and discretion.

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma in Fiduciary/FRW or further training in Finance & Controlling or corresponding experience
• Proficient in closing and balance sheets according to OR
• Structured, independent and exact way of working
• Willingness for irregular working hours, flexibility in daily business
• Very good German skills, good English skills, French is a great advantage
• Affinity for real estate
• Willingness for occasional travel within Switzerland – car is an advantage
