Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who wants to demonstrate their leadership skills as a team leader of a nursing department.

Your tasks – Leadership with structure and responsibility

• Leadership and promotion of the nursing team with the goal of optimal patient care
• Ensuring high-quality care in compliance with all current standards
• Planning and coordination of workflows for the efficient use of personnel and material resources
• Accompanying and developing new employees, including coaching and professional guidance
