An established Swiss SME from the industrial sector, specializing in the manufacture of various devices, is looking for a dedicated personality as an Export Clerk (m/f) to strengthen its team.

In this versatile position, you will be in daily exchange with international customers, partners, and authorities and will take on a central role in export processing. If you are looking for an exciting task in a globally networked company, we look forward to receiving your application!

Your Task ##

• Responsible for independent, complete order processing for national and international customers
• Planning and organization of international transports by all means (truck, courier, air freight)
• Creation of the required export documents (certificates of origin, export certificates, customs documents, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with customs and export regulations as well as country-specific requirements
• Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.

Your Profile ##

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in an industrial environment
• Sound professional experience in sales processing and export experience
• Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written, others such as French are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and familiar handling of ERP systems
• Competent and confident appearance
