In this function ...

• you enjoy contact with people and ensure impeccable customer service as well as optimally coordinated deployment of patient transports
• you are helpful and receive telephone orders for patient transports
• you like to organize and take over the coordination of vehicles as well as the contact between teams and clients
• you have experience in dispatching and, advantageously, a basic medical training
• you work Monday to Friday in shift operation and partly on weekends with compensation during the week

Requirements:

You are an organizational talent and look forward to exchanging ideas with customers from the healthcare sector. Ideally, you have a qualification as a dispatcher or already have experience in this profession. Additionally, a qualification as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, medical practice assistant EFZ, or another medical training is sensible. You are resilient, interested, flexible, and act professionally. Thanks to your high self- and social competence and your specialist knowledge, you can take on responsibility and keep a cool head even in hectic times.
