On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB Lausanne is looking for a:

Restaurant Manager at 80%

-CFC as a Catering Specialist or a title deemed equivalent ;
-Federal Brevet in catering or equivalent training ;
-Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of restaurant service ;
-At least 3 years of successful experience in a management function with team supervision ;
-Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and mixology (cocktails) ;
-Natural leadership, sense of organization and excellent management of priorities ;
-Spirit of initiative, autonomy and ability to unite a team ;
-Ease with IT tools and reservation and cash register software. -Manage, support and develop a floor team ;
-Develop schedules and organize resources according to activity ;
-Supervise the entire service by ensuring excellent coordination with the kitchen ;
-Guarantee irreproachable service quality and customer satisfaction ;
-Advise customers thanks to your solid knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails ;
-Ensure the management of reservations, payments and the cash register ;
-Manage beverage and consumable stocks, place orders and ensure their follow-up ;
-Develop weekly activity reports and analyze performance indicators ;
-Implement continuous improvement actions in order to optimize operational and commercial performance ;
-Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and internal procedures.
