WHAT YOU CAN MOVE ## • Salesforce Consulting: Analysis of complex business processes, facilitation of client workshops, as well as translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Salesforce Configuration: Autonomous configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions. • Testing and Go-live: Functional support for testing, deployment, training, and go-live. • Sub-project Management: Autonomous management of sub-projects or functional workflows while respecting deadlines, quality, and agreed conditions. • Pre-sales: Support during demonstrations, solution sketching, effort estimations, and offers. • Functional Coaching and Mentoring of junior consultants and professionals. HOW YOU GET THERE ## • Salesforce Expertise: At least 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce projects, ideally in a consulting role. • Education & qualification: You have a degree in computer science (economic) or an equivalent qualification. • Methodology: You have a sense of data models and can translate complex business logics into technical processes, you like solving problems, taking responsibility, and strategically evolving clients. • Certifications: You already possess Salesforce certifications. • AI Competence: You use AI tools in your field with confidence, evaluate results critically, and help clients as well as adessi to exploit the potential of AI. • Language Skills: You communicate with ease in fluent German and correct English, both in a technical and functional context. • Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience in the banking, insurance, or manufacturing sectors. • Availability for travel: You are ready to travel for projects throughout Switzerland.
